Due to the doctor running over an hour late, and with no feedback or explanation or apologies from the staff, my time with the doctor was actually extraordinarily brief. And then the PA was sent in to finish my exam. I was also told to arrive one half hour early even though I had completed the paperwork online. There was no additional paperwork for me to fill out, so due to the delay of over an hour on appointment times, I spent an additional thirty minutes sitting in the office and that was absolutely unnecessary. This Practice is very orderly structured. This was my first visit and I am completely satisfied with the entire staff from checking in meeting the medical assistants and Dr. Rothberg to checking out and scheduling my next visit. I didn't have to wait and was called back at my exact appointment time. They have equipment on site so you don't have to leave and go elsewhere for X-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Rothberg and this Team.

Despite waiting over an hour to see Dr. Rothberg, I felt that once he came in, he was attentive and actively listening to me. He asked appropriate questions and followed up on some comments for further clarification.

Dr. Rothberg truly knows his stuff. He and his staff provided great medical care. He listened to me closely, gave me a couple of treatment options to choose from, and explained everything thoroughly in clear language. The PA and radiologist were both great & explained everything well also. The biggest downside was a long wait ... my appointment started at least 45 minutes behind schedule. I read other reviews, and I understand why some patients might not like Dr. Rothberg's personality. He may be a bit brisk when trying to w... read more
