Dr. Rothberg and his nurses are professional and knowledgeable. My nurse was so sweet and compassionate.The girls who answer the phones and set appointments—especially new patient appointments—are the opposite however. They need training (or a different job).

Dr Rothberg did not physically touch me to examine and evaluate my shoulder. I thought that was odd.

Dr. Rothburg and his staff were courteous and compassionate. Dr. Rothburg was patient with me and I felt I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

I waited 1 hr 38 min and did not see Dr Rothberg. I was about to leave when the PA said he would see me immediately. Very upset. No visit fro any one during the wait. Kudos to the PA.
