I sincerely thank Dr. Rothenberg and his staff for addressing my shoulder issue with the highest level of expertise and professionalism! I am optimistic about my road to recovery!
The visit was good but I could not get a return apt. For the 4-5 weeks that was requested. I feel I am wasting time waiting for the apt and the paper work to start therapy.
As with other visits, my wait was over an hour. On the plus side, I didn’t feel rushed when the doctor entered the room. He addressed all my questions and concerns and was very pleasant
I had a visit with everyone on Dr Rothberg's health team and they were all fantastic. They all asked many questions so I could get the treatment that would ease my pain. I would definitely recommend Dr Rothberg to anyone that has the same problem I jave.
Sudden onset of Carpal Tunnel was promptly and thoroughly addressed by Dr Rothberg. The appointment and tests were quickly scheduled, a great relief to a vacationing Northerner who had just arrived for a 2 month stay. In my 81 years, I never had any hand and wrist problems, and Dr Rothberg's timely assessment, initial treatment and advice were a calming influence. Needed surgery and the recovery period, will take place in Westlake, Ohio when we return home in one month.
Everything went fine. They looked my xray first. I felt that they really helped to treat my thumb which they said was a trigger finger.
I had a great experience with Dr. Rothberg and all of his professional staff. I would recommend him to anyone that would be in need of his Medical expertise.
I had the same issue both hands but was told I’d need another appointment for my other hand. Second appointment I waited over an hour, then an X-ray and another 35 minute wait to see the Dr for 3 minutes. The Dr was disrespectful to his nurse and had no bedside manner. My issue was not solved and as soon as I change insurance I’ll find another Dr. I absolutely do not recommend this Dr. His Staff is very kind!
When Dr. Rothberg came into the examination room, he had papers rolled up in his hand which he kept slapping into his other palm as if he were angry at something or someone. He was impatient. When he asked me a question and I didn’t answer fast enough, he yelled at me. When I asked him a question, he yelled at me. On two visits, we had x-rays taken.
