I have had bilateral knee pain for several months and recently went to see him. I was seen by him 8 years ago over a torn meniscus and he did a wonderful job then. He explained my xrays and instantly started working with me on my plan of care. I am overweight and need to lose 45 lbs for me to have optimal results. Dr Kilgore did not belittle me concerning my weight but offered me options. He gave me cortisone injections in both knees and I now am able to walk without severe pain. Was mostly as one would expect, particularly busy so wait times were long, but talking with the staff it was somewhat unusually busy. Doctor seemed competent and was direct in his approach. I would recommend him to others.
