I waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes, then an additional 25 minutes in the office. When he came in it was apparent he hadn't reviewed my file and didn’t offer much interaction.

He listened. He made me feel comfortable. He laughed and joked with me. Put me at ease. Informed me of my prognosis and told me what to expect with the treatment. He made me aware of what too expect if the initial treatment didn’t fix my problem (trigger finger) and what we would do if this initial treatment didn’t fix. Hopefully I won’t have to see him again, but if I do, I’m confident he will help me and resolve my issues.

I saw Dr. Rothberg for the first time today - he was pleasant and ready with my info., explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. The office staff is friendly, prompt - and very accommodating about making my next appointment at the location closer to me.

Waited 58 minutes past appointment for doctor. No acknowledgement when he came in. Previously, I had received no less than 3 reminders of my appointment time.

Hope I can get another person to give my shot next time. I had same shots different finger last year but the person giving shot was much more caring and gentle. Office staff is great.

My apt with Dr Rothberg was on time and that means a lot to me. Many times in other offices the wait time can be excessive. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr Rothberg was pleasant and showed true concern. I would definitely recommend him and his office to others.

He is very thorough and explains everything. I also like that he doesn’t jump hunt to surgery. He tries treatment and resorts to surgery when treatment doesn’t work.

Was mostly as one would expect, particularly busy so wait times were long, but talking with the staff it was somewhat unusually busy. Doctor seemed competent and was direct in his approach. I would recommend him to others.
