Dr. Rothburg, his staff and everyone I delt with were wonderful. I couldn't ask for anything better
Very professional and nice. Explained all in detail to me. Am scheduled for hand surgery today.
Took the time to listen and answer questions. Seemed interested in my health and genuinely concerned.
Treat a person like a human and not a pay check
Dr ROTHBERG shouldn’t have that title. Worst bed side behavior, very rude and cold, I don’t why I made an appointment with a hand specialist who sent everyone else in to ask questions besides him. NEVER going back there. I will check with Medicare as well to see what he charges for a 2 minute crappy, waste of my time, visit.
Highly recommend!! This was my lst visit. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Kelly Black was the PA, and she was most professional, knowledgeable and helpful with assessing my shoulder issues. She is an excellent PA . Dr. Rothberg is very personable, explained my care options in detail and I am very comfortable with his plans.
Never much wait time and very friendly staff !!!
I waited an excessively long time to see Dr. Rothberg. I thought my appointment was with Dr. Rothberg but I saw someone else. My appointment was over 45 minutes late.
Staff was considerate and efficient.
