Too long a wait . No communication from anyone during long wait. The interest level of Dr and staff in me was extremely low.
Dr Rothberg was the consummate professional. He didn’t waste my time, or his. He diagnosed my problem and laid out a plan for recovery. I could not have asked for more Dr. Rothberg is not a “touchy-feely guy.” So if you need your hand held —— find another Dr. But you would be loosing outI should add add that I moved here from Mn 6 years ago and my care, although very limited, was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Mn. Dr Rothberg would fit in very well with the staff there.
Dr. Rothberg gave very clear instructions about the treatment plan for my finger. He was professional and to the point. I only need to see him again if the treatment doesn’t work.I think he is an ethical Doctor.

Dr Rothberg was very thorough in his explanations to me about my surgical procedure. He answered all my concerns very patiently and with a little welcome humor. He is a very compassionate man, and anyone who is or becomes his patient will be very happy and grateful. Matthew Pelli.
I've had 2 trigger finger surgeries with Rothberg. He's never been less than 1 hour late for every appt. Recently, I started suffering significant pain in the hand he operated on. I left a message on the patient portal and got no response after a week. Left a voicemail which 3 days later had not been returned. One of his staff told me, 'Don't use the portal. We never look at it.'
Dr. Rothberg was a good listener. He diagnosed my condition and offered a specific plan of action to move forward.
Dr. Michael Rothberg is very nice, I’ve known him for several years. His diagnosis and treatment was quick and accurate. Five stars for him!
