The staff was very professional and helpful. They answered my questions and asked the right questions of me. The first nurse took all my information. He walked me in for xrays. Dr. Christopher Dastous NP, performed checks on movement and what was the problem. Eventually Dr Rothberg came in and explained what I was feeling and gave me the choice of treatment. Dr. Dastous came in and administered the treatment. On my drive home I was experiencing relief from the pain.

Dr Rothberg is a brilliant doctor. He took his time with me answering all my questions and concerns and offering varying treatment options for my shoulder issue. The office is very busy, but I was examined, x-rayed and treated all within 1 hour. Everyone I came in contact with was competent, efficient, friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Dr Rothberg and his associates.

Dr. Rothberg is a knowledgeable, transparent, no nonsense guy who tells you what they have found, tells you what they are going to do fix it and has the team to do it. Throughout, his team — the front desk, the med assistant, the PA, the Xray tech and the casting techs and lady who checks you out — are smiling, helpful and polite. Wish I could remember all their names. Would recommend him to anyone with wrist issues

I was very disappointed in his professional manner. As he asked me specific questions, he was very abrupt and questioned my answers (make up your mind, which is it?). When I tried to explain what I thought the problem might be, he told me it wasn't my job to diagnose the problem, it was his job. Additionally, I personally heard him two different times in the hallway addressing other staff members in a very rude manner. When communicating with your doctor, you should never feel intimated.

Need to formulate my most honest opinion based on more than just one visit. So far...so good though. Quite pleased with the ability to make an appointment later in the afternoon.

The office is very busy, but I was seen on time. X-rays were taken and a plan of action was agreed upon between me and the staff. They were both concerned and prescriptive

I like the Dr. I did however have to wait over a hour to see him , and one of the ladies at the check out was terrible !obnoxious to me and completely clueless .as to what I needed to do , which was schedule a follow up for a cortisone shot , and telling me I didn’t explain anything to her when I did. Another lady had to tell her what to do . Another checkout lady was new and yet very helpful and nice . Not a very good check out experience but was taken care of by a new and more professional lady . My wait time was very long... read more
