Efficient service and Dr. made me feel at sase
I felt like there was a smooth transition between waiting for Dr Rothberg and having nursing staff getting details of medical issue.My only draw back which was I didn't ask questions and there was the slightest felling that he was rushed.
I can't emphasize enough how appalling my experience with Orthopedic Associates of West Florida (OAWF) has been. If you're considering seeking treatment here, I urge you to think twice before subjecting yourself to their incompetence and disregard for patients. Communication is a foreign concept to OAWF. Attempting to reach them via phone, email, or even leaving voicemails is as futile as yelling into the void. This was my first time seeing Dr. Kilgore. I've been experiencing terrible knee pain and found the doctor via Google. He had excellent reviews. I am so thankful to find such a caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable doctor. He diagnosed the reason for the pain in my knee and explained it in a extremely easy way to understand. He then treated my knee to relieve the pain and schedule me for a follow-up to be to see how I'm doing. Also the entire staff from the front desk and nurse staff were so friendly and professional.
Excellent visit, thorough, respectful. Diagnosed issue and provided course of treatment to heal and improve pain.
Too long a wait . No communication from anyone during long wait. The interest level of Dr and staff in me was extremely low.
Dr Rothberg was the consummate professional. He didn’t waste my time, or his. He diagnosed my problem and laid out a plan for recovery. I could not have asked for more Dr. Rothberg is not a “touchy-feely guy.” So if you need your hand held —— find another Dr. But you would be loosing outI should add add that I moved here from Mn 6 years ago and my care, although very limited, was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Mn. Dr Rothberg would fit in very well with the staff there.
Dr. Rothberg gave very clear instructions about the treatment plan for my finger. He was professional and to the point. I only need to see him again if the treatment doesn’t work.I think he is an ethical Doctor.
