Never much wait time and very friendly staff !!!
I waited an excessively long time to see Dr. Rothberg. I thought my appointment was with Dr. Rothberg but I saw someone else. My appointment was over 45 minutes late.
Staff was considerate and efficient.
Efficiency from top to bottom in handling the patient's needs
Very personable and informative. Even had a little History lesson
No push back on my decision to have surgery. He gave me exactly the information that I needed and wanted without the gory details which I neither need nor want. I just need my arm fixed and upon leaving appointment I felt very comfortable.
Everyone was very friendly and the dr. took his time explaining my course of treatment and what results I could expect.
I met with Dr Kilgore for the very first time today He made me feel very comfortable and he explained the entire process for my knee replacement He has Put me at ease
Dr Kilgore was very empathetic and knowledgeable of my condition. He listened to me and took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr Kilgore!
