My new 2022 C300, I love it! Odie was great! I appreciate the patience as I asked all of my questions and concerns. Details were clear through each process. I was most happy that the car I came there to see what actually on the lot and I was able to take it home, so no time was wasted. All professional, no pressure environment. Highly recommend.

Friendly help Besides the fact that they came out to my work to check my vehicle which was awesome , The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and about Mercedes’ in general. Even the questions I asked that had nothing to do with the recall he answered patiently and professionally. I appreciate all his help definitely.
