Battery replacement Customer care at the dealership while waiting is excellent. The labor charge for this is at least double what it should be, as is the cost of the battery. You are tied to the dealership unless you have a scanner that will reset the battery cycle counter. Neat trick, for you guys!

S Class The whole customer experience with Michelle. She was great. My vehicle had issues with the sunroof. I wish it was caught and repaired prior to delivery but it wasn’t. Michelle is taking great care of me and getting it taking of.

Another Excellent Service Visit!! My service advisor, Gary Sauter, always does an excellent job with customer service.My service with was smooth and seamless and I can tell the difference in my car’s responsiveness from the service preformed. I’ve been to other MB dealers in this state along with other MB dealers in Virginia, DC and N Carolina. Gary is by far the best service advisor I’ve had in the past 14 yrs as a MB car owner!
