I wasn't even aware there was a problem. I came in for a simple vehicle state inspection. I was informed that by Paco that the alignment was out... the two front wheels were toed-in causing abnormal tire wear. The alignment was fixed, I got two new front tires, and now I experience vastly improved handling. Boy, was I surprised by both Paco's initiative and helpfulness, and what a dramatic difference I felt in the car's handling. And I wasn't even aware there was a problem.

Professional Dealership Professional service writer and work performed. Ability to have a loaner vehicle for 3.2 days while car in shop. Had requested my old spark plugs, cabin air filters and engine air filters be returned so I could see the wear and they were. Totally a happy camper!

Worth Every Penny Excellent service: went in for a car wash and 2nd Delivery (Angel was nice enough to go back over all the details of my GLC 300). I received a notification that an alignment was suggested. I had just purchased new tires a few months back. Thankfully, service was able to take care of me. They were completely upfront about the wait time (since I was not originally scheduled) but assured me that they would do their best to get me out as soon as possible.
