Went in to look at a GLA for my wife. Was completely ignored in the showroom for 10 minutes while I looked at the car. Not even a hello. Will be heading to Sewell Mercedes tomorrow.
My wife was wanting a hardtop convertible and we had been looking for several months. We came upon one at this dealership and went to see it. Chris Harris was the sale person we met and he was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We love the car that we bought, it is a 2008 BMW 328i.

The service was prompt and our Representative, Chris Montoya at MB Houston North, kept us in the loop re updates and expected delivery. Thanks Chris. MB can relook at their parts and labor prices which are quite high compared to their competitors.
Not good customer service!! What's the point of waiting 4 days to service the car and yet wait another 2 hours after they call you when your car is ready?

Bought mine from the Greenway location but have my car serviced here. Customer service is great at this location. They will get your request done. Carlos is our service guy for life!!
Service is great except they constantly try to up-sale you on services you don't need & pre-paid maintenance plans. Just give me what I ask for... Pricing is insane - 3X the normal price for an oil change. The Woodlands MB dealer is 20% less. Difference between an independent & an Auto Nation owned dealership. Probably won't use the dealer again except for warranty work.
