BE ADVISED! Dealership only mounted rear license plate and told us front plate was optional. I JUST GOT PULLED OVER AND CITED for no front license plate. Law changed in 2012, Mercedes! You should keep up--you gave me bad information and didn't mount my front plate.
When I arrived, I was met by Manny, the salesman, and his manager. Both assured me I would like this experience. Also, the financial manager was experienced, efficient, and thorough. This was my fourth Mercedes and it was indeed a very good experience. Hopefully, all goes well with this purchase.

I was in the process of purchasing a car from another Mercedes dealer that was friendly, but wasn't really interested in giving me a deal. Made an appointment to take my car in for service. Was met on time. I had requested a loaner, not knowing how long it would take, but decided to wait for a diagnosis. Isaiah came back an hour later and told me what they were doing, where they were at, and about how much longer it would take and told me the loaner was till available if I needed it. Purchased a used car from them and it took roughly an hour, from the test drive to the financing. Definitely the shortest time we've ever taken to purchase a vehicle. Joshua Trenary was an awesome salesman and finance went out of their way to get us the best interest rate by attempting to match our credit union. We were in and out and the car was detailed and ready awaiting for us.
The absolute worst experience I've had buying an automobile in my entire life. Arrogant, pathologically dishonest and otherwise unqualified to sell Mercedes-Benz automobiles.
Bought my first Mercedes last week. Really enjoyed working with Gordon Barnes. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gordon.
