My worst car ownership experience in over 30 years! Our cost of ownership of the Mercedes Benz we purchased is through the roof!! The vehicle they sold us is junk and they have made thousands of dollars from us with replacement parts that are marked up around 3X, repairs that were promised and not made, staff turnover, and service people who try to sell you that they are "doing the right thing by you".
