I do wonder why I was advised I needed a tire rotation for $89.00 when my car has 2 separate sizes of tires that cannot be rotated. I wonder what exactly I paid for?

Less then 12K miles on a 2015 CLA check engine light on. Dealer says I have to pay for diagnostic! Really? It is time to buy a Hyundai.
