The car we purchased was a replacement for the E350 we purchased a year ago from Mercedes Benz of Houston North. We wanted the same year and options and they had what we wanted. Everything was easy and we love our new car.
The entire experience was amazing. The sales man Ace is very helpful & polite. Ace provided great customer service. We visited several other dealerships during our buying process and nothing has compared to the professional staff at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston.
My car flooded during Harvey and I bought a pre-owned car to replace my flooded vehicle. I had issues with the battery exactly 9 days after purchasing the car and not only did the dealership refuse to replace the battery, but the pre-owned sales manager, Keith Jeanes, was extremely rude and disrespectful when I spoke to him about it.
Best service consistently for past 12 years for me and my 2006 SLK280!!!!

I have recently purchased a glk350 through the credit union and I received excellent customer service. Michael Holmes is one of the best car salesman around. He took care of all my needs . For a week in a half , he answer all of my calls and emails consistently . He took good care of us and did not hassle us or pressure us into buying a car. First time in for service with my new E400 cabriolet. Very smooth, no hard sells and everything done to my satisfaction.
