We purchased a car 3 years ago from MB North Houston. Good service then and over the last 3 years. That is until today - the day I want to return the vehicle at end of lease. I’ve been waiting over an hour for the one person on site who can receive the car back. Seriously, in a facility of this size with the number of staff they have milling, and I mean milling, they aren’t busy- around the floor they only have one person who can receive my car back! This is not the way to keep a customer!
