Isiah was great -- very helpful. My loaner was ready for me to hop-in and go. Service was pricey -- but I should expect that with a European brand. The final price was exactly what Isiah quoted. Everything was great. I also want to note that I feel like I get the full Mercedes service experience despite being in a Smart. All of the service folks were friendly and professional. Thank you!
