RecommendedMy overall experience was very positive. My C250 had 3 stripped tire lug nuts that no one was able to remove, not even tow truck drivers. Mercedes Benz North was able to safely remove the 3 stripped lug nuts without damaging my rim. The end results was impeccable. I walked away a very satisfied customer.

Had to take car in for recall. Was told there were 2 recalls. Service Manager couldn't tell me what they were when I arrived. When I picked car up, he told me one recall was done but I would have to return for the other because they didn't have the part. But he did not explain what that issue was. It's annoying because they don't provide loaner for recalls which is a huge inconvenience to the client. Also felt they were trying to push other services on me while my car was there.
The service dept repaired my car quickly and I believe thoroughly. Jason Fleeks takes care of my service needs. I had brake pads replaced on my GLK. They were reasonably priced and my car was ready within a couple of hours. M-B North of Houston keeps me satisfied.
