Sadly this place has let me down more than once. During 1st attempt they were jerks and only wanted me to sign bottom line before ever seeing or testing driving the car. 2nd attempt to get the car after all paperwork was submitted from our bank b/c we were pre-approved I get a text 10 mins. before arriving saying they just sold the car. After speaking with Ace & Kelvin and being told they found the car I was interested in and would have it shipped. Dropped my car yesterday morning, it has done in the afternoon, very good! BUT, Jason (senior advisor) wanted me to return the loaner right in the evening or morning at 10am. Why didn't he tell me that when I picked up the car so I can aware and schedule my time? I am doing business and cannot follow his time like that.
