MB Houston North focuses on what matters to me. True Service Professionals, Jason Fleeks is my go to,service mgr . Great communication, fast but willinging to take time to attempt to reproduce problem as I described, generous loaner car program, clean car, warm coffee and snacks but not over the top so that I feel that is where my 4 are going. 5 stars
Most of the employees are friendly (not all). Fast service despite the crowd, good service and they did a good job cleaning vehicle.

Madona my service agent was great, but the ladies at the loaner car area were horrible. They acted as if I was bothering them to have to check me out. The young girl never looked up to speak or work with me even after my agent spoke to her. Whole the older lady did speak she had an annoyance tone in her voice when asking for my information. I just moved here from Dallas and this was nothing like my experience with Park Place Mercedes in Dallas. Will be looking into another dealership.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the dealership. I love me service tech Carlos Trevino, he stays on top of his game. I am on my third Mercedes and have taken each one there. From my 2002 C320 on to the 2008 E350 and now my 2014 C250. I know the brand, save for the service and will be MB 4 Life.
