Stacy was our sales person and she helped me a lot by reserving the car until I could get to Houston from San Antonio. They had a good price on the car we wanted, significantly less than dealerships close to my home. Stacy has also helped us take care of a couple of minor warranty issues with sister dealerships in Dallas.
This Benz service center finds a cheap way to charge you for something. My respect is lost.
Righting a wrong, Madona was service adviser and she got the ball rolling on my problem and Jason went OMG out of the way to make things right.
Tony at Mercedes-Benz Houston North is by far the best salesman I have ever had. He was polite, caring, and really went above and beyond to get us what we wanted during our experience. Frank in finance was also great and got us through the paperwork faster than any dealership I’ve ever been to. The facility itself was very accommodating between the coffee and the very clean bathrooms. I truly look forward to bringing my business back to Tony next time we’re in the market! The sales experience with Jaj/Jaj and finance man Richard Beard was excellent but I will never do business or recommend anyone deal with the Serbia sales manager. He was very rude and a lier.
My auto pay was fumbled by finance department. I noticed my payment didn’t get paid from bank and investigated. Had to set up myself. Now I’m wondering what else I don’t know about my service policy or whatever . The car is great so far though .
