Scheduled maintenance and for the shuttle to bring me home after dropping the car at dealership. Dealership didn’t have any shuttle drivers and had no idea when a shuttle would become available. So paid for service and Uber. Will be brining my car to different dealership for service in the future. Would have never hadn’t at a Lexus Dealership.
Service writer was Mose concerned with how much he could charge us than caring for recall. Bid everything from light bulb to high charges for tires unneeded. He must work on commissions. Since we have a Smart Car the big bucks were not there so ignored us. Did not keep time appointment or call when work was done.
Alfonso was so helpful through every step of choosing my new car and has continued to help after purchase to be sure that I get the most out of my Mercedes. Great deals and great staff. Excellent customer service.
Mercedes-Benz off Houston, North is an AWESOME dealership. My salesman, William Guevara is the absolute best. He went above and beyond to take care of me. The sales manager took the time to come and greet me personally; the finance person was an absolute sweetheart!!! Worst people people to deal with at this dealership besides the sellers and front office people which are really nice and educated... But if it’s about the people in the back in finance or higher, they’re so rude and arrogant.. Besides much more negative things
