Recommendedcourteous service, professionalism, rental car available for extended service time.
Every time I visit this location I’m highly disappointed. I went for a broken window and was treated horribly. I waited for ever before being recognized, then they finally came over gave me an outrageous quote and had to ask them to cover the broken window and vacuum the glass out. Did not want to help me with anything. I avoid this location but it was nearest and I needed immediate assistance, as someone broke out my back window. Will never visit this location will always to the location in the Woodlands!

Made my first big girl purchase with the help of Anna Starkova, who was absolutely amazing!! We hit a few bumps in the road (no pun intended) but Anna and Ivan (GM) did everything they could to make us happy! I’m loving my 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE350!!

Had my usual service done, this time a 60,000 mile service, I also had a couple issues that I had previously quoted at the same company owned autonation collision center next door..... same repair next door was literally half the price, and all the while they were trying to up sell, the loaner isn’t worth the price, when I felt hustled and at the same time.... told they couldn’t use the diagnostic report from next door because they want to charge $200 for their own report of a A PASSENGER AIRBAG MALFUNCTION SIGNAL although w... read more
