assistant service Steve Chavez did his job very well , I have a used mercedes ML 350 that was doing crazy things, lights flashing tail gate opening etc. steve found that I had a water leak that had gotten into the control panel . the mechanic said it had came from the tail light. Long story short it was not a cheap fix, but needed to be done ..The very next day it rained and it started all over again, knowing where to look i found about 2 inchs of water back in the panel coming from the tail light. John Nguyen was extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed and pulling it all together at the end. Other members of the MB of Houston North team also stepped in to help as well. This is a very customer-centric organization that is backed by a super service team as well.

Great service with kind and respectful people. I liked the hours/availability which was perfect for my work schedule - a 7 am appt allowed me to not miss any work hours which I appreciate. I will be taking my car back here for future service or repairs.
I had a great experience with service (Sam Momin) went in for a State Inspection and they checked and topped off all fluids and washed and vacuumed my car for only the $25.00 charge for the inspection.
