I have to say I had a great experience at mercedes benz of Houston North my sale rep Travis Lewis of great even the loan officer was great I would recommend this dealership to anyone that's look to buy a car
Scheduled appointment for car wash yet it took 1hr 20 minutes and would have taken longer if I had not questioned the delay. After all that time, car still not cleaned over tires. Then find that they threw out the stone cup coaster that was in the cup holder. When I queried, they said sorry we couldn’t find it. Very disappointed and no recommended
My advisor , Chris Montoya, seems to take a special interest in my car...it's older and he has been taking care of it for a long time. Wouldn't take it anywhere else. Keep up the good work Chris!

I started with MB North when I bought my first Mercedes, a 1983 240D, thirty something years ago and have never been disappointed. Several cars, SUV’s and even a Sprinter van later we are still happy. And, you could not ask for a better Service Advisor than Jason Fleeks.
My service appointment went without incident. I scheduled my appointment on line and received a confirmation. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by the service attendant immediately. The attendant informed the service manager (Chris Montoya) of my arrival and he also approached immediately. We discussed what service was needed and what he recommended.
