I absolutely have had the worst customer service from this dealership. We bought a vehicle from them and what started off as good service immediately turned terrible after we signed papers. We got the car home and saw there were a few things that needed fixed and I started calling it took over 45 days for someone to finally get back with me. When we could finally get it in to them every single person we came in contact with was extermly rude. I will never shop there again.
The car service is excellent. The waiting area is pleasant. The customer service is very good; as in, "may we take you somewhere for lunch", good. I live on the West side of Houston and it takes me close to an hour to get to MB North, and it is worth it. I've tried MB Sugarland and MB Greenway, and both were substandard to MB North. I hate making the drive, but I hate even more the service I received from Sugarland and Greenway.
Always helpful, courteous, and goes out of their way to take care of their clients!
