Horrible customer service. Made appointment for 1:00 and they didn't start working on the car until 2:30. Was told to not make an appointment during lunch time to avoid having to wait while they take their lunch. Total of 4 hours for an oil change and one year service review and that was leaving before they vacuumed the car

This sale man and Service Tech never serviced my pre-owned! Went home for 9 days the service A message come on! Told me to get the oil change then send them the recipes, they gonna send me the check back for that! Never get the check back! Called them 100 times !
