Tom the service advisor was great.....Thanks Tom. I had problem with my convertible top...won't go down. While expensive to fix they did a great job, had parts on hand and got me going within a day.....better than i expected. My only small issue was....there was grease or sealant on the passenger side of the car.....I didn't notice it until I got home.....a little degreaser/cleaner took it off...all in all a good experience.
Just purchased a CPO E350 Cabriolet and couldn't be happier ! Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant - can't ask for more ! Call out to Salesperson Rhonda - super nice to work with, and made for a very pleasant experience. I appreciate the treatment, and will be back !
The Mercedes dealership is Fort Myers is top notch! Their service department consistently goes above expectations and they even washed my car by hand recently when the carwash was down!
Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers performed a routine oil change service on our E Class Sedan yesterday. Cody was our tech and he was very cooperative and knowledgeable; he went above and beyond. The complimentary car wash was much appreciated.

Adam in service was awesome again. I have had Mercedes for the last 15 years and know they will take care of it. I but them again because we are scared to go elsewhere for service.
Very good experience, other than Fox News droning in waiting area with no other options. Since people have a range of politics, recommend setting the TV on a non-political station/show.
Mercedes of Ft. Myers has been great to work with and I've been a customer of Mercedes dealers in Ft. Myers since 1979. I wish I could say the same for Mercedes-Benz who really have let me down big time in their warranty coverages in one Benz that I bought in Tampa.
