My first Service A on my Mercedes C Class went smoothly; my service rep even provided a car so I could do an early in and make my dental appointment. A minor recall item was addressed as well during the scheduled service appointment. Thanks again for great service!
Drove over a curb yesterday (oops!) at Burger King, hit the ground hard and blew a tire!. I called Mercedes Road Service 800#, spoke with a very nice woman, technician called me back about 10 minutes later. He arrived at the scene in less than 15 minutes, changed my tire, and I was back on the road!! Amazing service! I'm taking the car in on Wednesday (my choice) to get a new tire!
They have always been good when we have taking the car in for service.
As always, visiting the Mercedes dealership in Fort Myers, FL is always a pleasure. My service rep., Tom Tipton, had everything ready for me when I dropped off my M class for it's 40,000 maintenance. Then, when I picked up my vehicle, it had just been washed and looked great, and of course the service was completed with a listing of everything that was done. Very nice. Excellent service!!
