Excellent service team. In servicing, if there is anything unnecessary to be done they will tell you what can wait from what cannot wait. They are happy to streamline your repair.
I called their service department because I needed to have a factory defect part replaced before I had to turn in my leased vehicle. Waited three weeks for the part and had to turn in the vehicle without the part being replaced. The most disappointing part was that no one would call me back to give me an update on what was going on and when I left messages I wouldn’t get a call back either. The salespeople are very nice and caring but their service department is awful.
We were getting ready to leave Florida to drive home to PA when our brakes went! Cody and Adam couldn’t have been better! Great service a loaner car and in 5 hours we were ready to role! Plus Adam is an Eagles fan!!!
