I’ve never had anything but great service at FT. Myers MB. Tom Tipton is my service rep and he has always been above and beyond a wonderful person to work with. I always feel safer in my car after it’s been serviced because I know Tom has checked out every detail.

Had an "emergency" situation...car wouldn't start and no alternative transportation. Meanwhile my wife ended up in the hospital. Customer Service Advisor Dean got my car in immediately...supervised the repairs including an extra test and kept the bill to under $200. Oh yeah...and then sent a car to the hospital to pick me up so I could get my car back! Outstanding job!!!
I just bought my Benz at ft Myers & I would highly recommend Scott Gabriel as your salesman. He was Very patient with me as I was all over the place & had a hard time making a decision. Never once did he loose patience with me. He brought me back to which car would be better for me by pointing out all of the features I bought. He's the kind of person you'd want as a friend. My husband also bought a car from him & his experience was the same

Excellent customer service ! ! I never have trouble getting an appointment and they always have a loaner car ready. If my car is done late in the afternoon they always tell me no hurry just get it tomorrow .
Had our Sprinter serviced for regular maintenance. As there were no courtesy cars available, we were driven home and then picked up later. We were treated very well and intend to return for our next service.
