Despite an on-line chat with a promise of a return call (never received); two calls to the service department - both times transferred to a voice mail with no call returned; and an inquiry on the website, I can not get an answer on the price of four tires with alignment. Nor can I get an answer on when this can be scheduled. Yet my facebook page is now bombarded with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers ads. Clearly does not want my business - highly disappointed in what is supposed to be an exemplary brand.
Simply the best service I have ever been a part of at any car dealership here in Fort Myers!! Thanks to Glen Trautman and the team over at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers I am proudly leasing a brand new CLA250 for a low monthly payment. They were fantastic throughout the whole process, were never too pushy and treated me like I was a customer of 25 years when in fact it was my first time stepping into the building. RecommendedTom Tipton is the Best Service Rep ever. My experience is exactly as he outlines when I drop my vehicle off. I receive text messages throughout the day, updating me on their progress, and a final invoice electronically so that my checkout at the dealership is quick and easy. Complimentary car wash too.
