I’m not sure I’d recommend them as this is my first experience and I feel it’s a bit incomplete. Took a new, but 2015 model 3500 D24D Sprinter conversion coach for service work which, turned out not to be included in the warranty on a brand new vehicle, but nevertheless was needed. Over $1200 later, I drive away from the dealership only to find the “service engine” light on. I’m hoping this is simply an oversight on the technician’s part but clearly makes one wonder how competent the service department personnel are in inspe... read more

Finished swimming lessons next stop Mercedes dealership. I pulled up to the dealership when I realized I didn't have a bag to put the wet towels in (normally I go home and throw them in the washing machine) so I asked Mark from New Hampshire (the greeter) for a bag this was his response: This isn't Walmart we don't have bags 😳😤 Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers
