I won’t recommend FMMB because I was lied to about needing new brake pads. After I left the dealership, I took my car to my regular mechanic to have new pads put on the car ($200 cheaper than MB quoted me). My mechanic called me later that morning and said I still had plenty of pads left. I won’t deal with untrustworthy businesses.
Our first Mercedes purchased since we moved to Florida. Love the car and Mercedes-Fort Myers is tops. Our salesman Kris couldn't have been better. A wonderful experience.
Awesome service department. Adam provided us with great communication throughout the repair of our vehicle. Very customer focused and helpful with researching our repairs and warranty coverage that saved us a significant amount of money.
Thanks to Mr. Matt Jacobson, the experience was very good and professional. Better than last time, a snobbish salesman who looked down on customers with slippers. Will seriously look into this E450 convertible. Thanks !
Our salesman, Kris Waskowski was great. He did a great job of introducing me to all of the features of the E450 and there are A LOT OF THEM. He even followed me home and helped with the pairing of my cell phone and garage door opener. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and tried to be helpful.
