We bought a CPO from another dealer in Clearwater 2 months ago. We were having issues and brought it in to Fort Myers since we live here. The Fort Myers crew was honest and up front with us. They worked with us to try and get the other dealership to pay for repairs that were never done during Certification. Took home my beautiful G37 on Monday! Everyone was extremely helpful. Test drove it and fell INLOVE. They worked with me on the price because I was short some. So I managed to get the rest of the money same day. Rhonda was the woman who showed me the car, talked to me about it and set me all up. Super friendly dealership! They carry a lot of great quality cars and inspect it perfectly before sending it off.
This is my 5th Mercedes Benz and this time the purchase experience was the best. Quick, to the point and no tricks. I would buy MB at this location every time. Thanks for the good experience.
Just moved here and my check engine light lit up while driving past this dealership. Pulled in and was treated like a long time customer ( never been there before). My service rep was great and they took the car provided me with a loaner and diagnosed the car and repaired a day later. Tremendous service and hospitality couldn’t be happier.
