Fast, Efficient, and very professional
We had our 2018 vehicle in for service and Cody did a stupendous job of taking care of our truck. He made it look so easy. They found the problem and he took care of the problem under the warranty. We had bought the vehicle from a different dealership. This did not matter to Cody. We will always take our Mercedes there.
I have purchased 3 leases from this branch over the last 8 years. This last time I was told the small extra mileage would be taken care of (which was great cause I doubled my car payment). I am now in collections for $166 dollars and Mercedes of Fort Myers is okay with losing a returning 8 year loyal customer over $166. Its a small amount... but the principle that they don't care about taking care of their loyal customers very disappointing and I will not be returning.
It is the best service that I have received when taking my vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. The people are friendly and helpful, the drop off area and waiting area are clean and comfortable. The service was fast and complete.
Where do I start , with the shady sales department or the inept service department. Buyer beware
