First of all a big shot out to Rhonda. Due to a horrible experience with a different car company I traded it in for a Mercedes. Best decision ever! They understand customer service and first impressions are part of their brand. Highly recommend you give them a call when you in the market for a car.

Took my new E450 in because the driver's window wasn't working properly. Cody fixed it in about a minute, then reset my seat and had it washed. Everyone in the Service department were super friendly and helpful.
The battery needed changed in the key. Took it to them, the service guy had it done in 30 seconds and didn't charge me. Superior service
Our sales consultant, Ronda Cann, was awesome! She was always available for questions and assistance - before, during and after our purchase of our first Mercedes-Benz, an E400 Cabriolet. It is a certified pre-owned vehicle and needed a minor service for telephone functionality. Adam in the service department went above and beyond to help us, including using their valet service to pick up our vehicle, leave a loaner, and returning to exchange cars when done. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here, new or CPO!
