Great buying experience! Cars are well presented, We didn't feel pressured to buy, and once we did decide to buy, they made us feel comfortable through the entire process. Our sales rep, Matt, took the time to explain the car in great detail and Phil in the business office was easy to work with and presented things in a very professional way. 5 Stars for our experience!

The automobiles sold by Mercedes Benz are and always have been top of the line, believing this why would you not feel that those that sell and maintain them be anything less. You will not be disappointed at Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers. Like the products, the service is not priced for the faint of heart, but having said that you already knew it, the expense translates to the joy of driving and confidencs in that which is just beyond the gas pedal. Getting the car to the dealer on a flatbed worked out perfectly after that it was a boxing match with the service advisor trying to get things done. He approved repairs without even me telling him to.
