Didn't buy a Mercedes but did go to see a Maxima they had advertised. In our 70's, husband bought it because the price was right and we loved our previous Nissan. RecommendedI purchased my car about a month ago and I dealt with a lot of MB of Fort Myers people in the process. They were all knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with! It starts at the top with Jeff (the GM) who's great attitude seems to set the tone for the rest of the organization. I would say the same for Mitch who manages Sales. Don’t walk in this dealership alone if you’re a female! If Sergei is your salesman don’t ask any questions because he will laugh at you and tell you they are in the business of doing shady deals! Not willing to negotiate and seems uninterested in selling cars. The manager is condescending as well! Reading back on reviews it seems I’m not the only one. Other females have had problems and the returned comment from MB of FTM has been to basically say they did no wrong. Mercedes Benz of Bonita or Naples not far away!

Well. I had two issues. #1 A new key was ordered ($300.00 plus) after we had already ordered a new key last year. This information should have been in the car’s record. #2. I was told the car would be cleaned following service. It wasn’t. Minor but nevertheless annoying. Dean in service was pleasant to work with.
