While the employees are terrific the Service Department took such huge advantage of me when I visited last week - I had asked them to order two parts for me - I was given a quote which was 1/10th of what I was charged - installing these two items should have taken 30 minutes but instead, it took 4 1/2 hours and I was charged almost $1600 including $500 for labor.
