Service advisor's should not overcharge their customers. Selling repairs on commission should not hinder the customer pocketbook.

While the employees are terrific the Service Department took such huge advantage of me when I visited last week - I had asked them to order two parts for me - I was given a quote which was 1/10th of what I was charged - installing these two items should have taken 30 minutes but instead, it took 4 1/2 hours and I was charged almost $1600 including $500 for labor. I had to bring my Mercedes in for a recall. The service staff was professional and polite. Called when they said they would call, kept in good communication about the work being done on the car.
I have always had very pleasant dealings with Mercedes-Benz o Fort Myers, I am on my third car from them they have always treated me extremely well, especially Mr, Tom Tipton he is just wonderful to work with! Thanks Tom!
