Jeff DeVries from the sales staff met me and went over all the details of the vehicle.The GLE looked brand new and had less than 30K miles on it. I decided to purchase that day and drive it back to Maryland. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable on all options and attributes of the vehicle. Lets see, I took advantage of a free service on my 2013 SL550 that I was offered after a unfavorable previous experience. So I went for an oil change and to have a small coolant leak assessed. I was told that my water pump was leaking and I need to have it replace for $1800. I decided not to do it and was called that my car was ready. When I got in the car my push start button was missing.
