I went today to get my car was and they forgot to vacuum it
I arrived from out of town to look at a CPO 2106 GLE 300d. Jeff DeVries from the sales staff met me and went over all the details of the vehicle.The GLE looked brand new and had less than 30K miles on it. I decided to purchase that day and drive it back to Maryland. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable on all options and attributes of the vehicle. Lets see, I took advantage of a free service on my 2013 SL550 that I was offered after a unfavorable previous experience. So I went for an oil change and to have a small coolant leak assessed. I was told that my water pump was leaking and I need to have it replace for $1800. I decided not to do it and was called that my car was ready. When I got in the car my push start button was missing. They took care of my service quickly and efficiently. Service department was clean, all member were extremely courteous. I would highly recommend this service department.
They did everything they could to accommodate us (date, time, etc.) They were very polite and helpful. Good job, guys!
