Paid $185 and nothing done to my truck. Worst service ever. Just want money money money and nothing fixed. I’m selling my Benz. I had enough. Appointments don’t seem to matter in the service department. I had a 10:30 appt and at 1:30 they hadn’t even started on it. They had to order a part, so I arranged to use their valet service a week later. That did not work out, as they ran out of drivers, despite my having arranged for one a week in advance. This is the second time I’ve had my car in for the same issue (blind spot detector not operating) and my car only has 6200 miles. Very frustrating and spent a lot of time driving back and forth. There was a misunderstanding concerning the service of my CLA 45 AMG. I received a prompt call-back from my service rep, Jay and a follow up from the service manager, Brian. They really want their customers to be satisfied. I have learned, though, that the prepaid service plan is not practical for the driver who routinely drives less than 10,000 miles per year.
