I toke my 550SL Mercedes to fort Myers for service about two years ago,and was dissatisfied then.I needed two batteries installed this year so I thought I would try taking it there again,stupid on my part.After five hours of being there ,they still could not clear the codes or reprogram my key.I finally left and took it to Mercedes of Bonita .
RecommendedEasy to deal with. Loaner car ready when I am ready to leave my GLK to be serviced. All work done and bill explained when car is ready to leave. Love the complimentary car wash.

I have lived in Fort myers for 17 years and love German cars. This dealer is a Sonic dealer [ which means they have sharp prices). I have purchased 3 certified preowned from Chris Tierman who is now the GM.. He is honest and direct and willing to satisfy any reasonable offer. The service dept is great. I have a 2013 SL63 AMG. Cody Clemons is my service adviser. He is friendly and very knowledgeable and keep me posted on the work from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the Service Dept and Tom!!! Had a situation where it would have been easy to upsell or add on unnecessary items. Service was pretty quick without an appointment and far less than I was expecting. Also searched the internet for estimated price ranges before I went in and they were at the very bottom of that range. 5 Stars
