It puzzles me why a upscale Business/Establishment such as Mercedes-Benz provides a bad service. Not only did I had to call multiple times and almost beg for an answer to learn what was wrong with my car, MB of Fort Myers tried to sell me much more than my car really needs. The cost of of the A-1 service seemed excessive ..A good example would be the cabin filter. The length of time to do the work was excessive.

We had driven down from Minnesota with no problems arrived at our home here and the coolant warning light came on, took it into the dealership we have always dealt with down in Florida. Excellent service from Tom Tipton who quickly assessed the situation they had our car fixed (ML550) plus met Jorge one of the sales team, test drove a 2018 GL 450 great car great guys! professional, helpful always great service with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers.
Everyone was very professional and helpful in every aspect of purchasing a new car. Visiting their dealership as a lone female I was treated with respect and fairness. After visiting various dealerships over the years in Florida and elsewhere, and being dismissed with what I considered to be a "female predjudice" in the auto retail industry, I was exhilarated by the treatment I received from the sales reps, the manager, the financial rep, and everyone else at the dealership. I have purchased 2 cars from Mercedes Benz of Ft Myers in the past 2 months and 3 total in the past year. Each time we have found the sales staff to be top notch and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Best place to do car business in SWFL!
The service was done efficiently and even though it took longer than expected because of the warranty work that was done, all seems good. The only complaint I have is the almost white leather drivers seat was dirty. I was able to remove the majority of the marks, but the simple use of a seat protector would have prevented this from occurring. I’m a clean freak when caring for my cars and even the smallest of smudges jump out at me.
Tom Was very helpful. As my old beast nears it's end of cycle it is harder to fix things Tom does a good job of helping me out. VERY happy with the support. Earl Matthews
It has been well over 6 months since I have waited for a returned call from Mercedes for a recalled part. I made an appointment to go get my car in. When I arrived and talked to a gentleman I was told that I wouldn't be getting my car in today, they still needed to order the part. I was told I would get an email and I could bring my car in. Still waiting. No phone call or email.
