We took our CLK in for service and other repairs last week. Tom Tipton was the service advisor. He was great and all the problems were repaired . Our experiences at this dealership have always been positive.
I just bought a car from Jeff DeVries. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars over my long lifetime.
I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and well stocked with complimentary snacks, drinks etc. As I was lounging and making myself at home to watch the news on the big tv, I couldn't help but notice that the guys working there don't walk, they run!
I stopped by MB of Fort Myers regarding a slow leak in a rear tire. The service team, led by Sean, sized up the situation and determined the tired needed replacement. Since I have the tire care program, no charge! They completed the work order and washed the vehicle in the time it took me to enjoy my cappuccino. Even had a nice chat with Glen my original sales professional. Thanks!
I went in for a B7 check appt. at 7:30am, got a loaner, and thought car would be ready by by 12;30pm at the latest, but didnt get it til about 4:30pm. Expensive, but worth it as car now runs like a Rolex watch. Service personnel ,. as usual, were were friendly and efficient.
Had an oil change scheduled and service writer informed Me about recalls. They preformed all and got me out quickly. Always great 👍 service
I was not too thrilled of the amount of time I waited to get car serviced, the complimentary car wash was not impressive either and when I was asked to rate the service I received, I did so truthfully and was ready to try elsewhere looking for better. Then I received phone call from management who called at least four times the next day trying to rectify the issue. After I had a bad accident where I totaled with my Mercedes E350, I went to the pre-owned car parking lot at Mercedes Ft.Myers. I was immediately met by Salesman Neru who was very helpful in selecting another Mercedes E350. He did all the necessary paperwork together with the accountant. Afterwards, he drove the car to my house on Sanibel, which was very nice. Rene F. Lohser
Shawn handle my service perfectly. Drove in, made an appointment, arranged for a loaner car and the next day I picked my car up. Great service as always. I would definitely get another Mercedes when my lease is completed.
