I have been very satisfied with the service from Ft Myers Mercedes-Benz. They are polite, effecient, and they listen to the customer. I have never had a problem getting an appointment promptly.
Once again I was totally satisfied with my service . Ivan, my mechanic , has years of experience repairing older model Mercedes vehicles and did a perfect job repairing my 560 SL.
I had scheduled maintenance done yesterday. Was greeted on arrival, checked in, provided with a loaner car, which I requested when I scheduled the appointment, all within 15-20 minutes. The car was ready at the time they said it would be. I was completely satisfied.
What a fantastic experience! I couldn't be happier. Go and see Jeffrey P. Badamo! He was my salesman and he was awesome. Knowledgeable and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him!!
Interesting used car buying experience. Great salesman, no nonsense approach but the price on the sticker does NOT include a $750+ dealer fee. This was not disclosed until we had made a commitment to buy the car. So beware of the price listed and ask if there are any additional fees.
A dashboard notice indicated that my auxiliary battery was not functioning properly and that I needed to have service. I scheduled an appointment for 7:39 AM. When I arrived I was told that service people don't arrive until 8 AM. I left at 10:30 AM.....a three hour wait. Too Long!
Brian Hayes is my Mercedes-Benz service department contact person ... he has as nice personality and very knowledgeable. I only needed a oil and filter change on this visit for my 2013 E-350 Conv't (only use it 3-4K miles per year). The dealership has a very nice waiting room ... beverages, big screen TV
Always great service....and great people too. Appointments are kept within minutes if the scheduled time. My service advisor, Tom Tipton, keeps me posted as service work is completed. And, service ends with a smile and a freshly washed car!
So happy and blown away by the efficiency and care at Mercedes of fort myers! Shaun has made everything so effortless and handles emergencys quite well! I love my car and love the way I've been treated! Thank you...
