Yesterday I when for my first Maintenance Service and they told me 1 1/2 hour and was 4 hours,they wash my car outside really bad and inside no vacuum cleaner I have to walk because they never bring a car to the door and today I receive a text I have pick up my car lol � when yesterday I left with my car .Really bad Service
Had my car serviced! No issues. They took longer than expected but gave me a loaner car.
I've been to this dealership three times and have had an excellent experience each time. I was greeted promptly on the service drive and all service was clearly explained. Their waiting area is well stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks (all free.) On one visit, my problem was diagnosed and fixed by the tech who greeted me and I simply drove off. I'd give them 6 stars, if I could.
Adam was my service person. Excellent service.

This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealer I been. Customer Service is horrible especially Tom Tipton. I would never go to that dealer ever again especially if it ls for maintenance
It's a clean dealership and all the staff know what their doing, i have purchased two cars from here and it has been an awesome experience.
