Awful Service Department! We arrived and no one was there to direct us and we were just left standing in the car port waiting. We finally went inside to ask for help and we were told "Well your early." We were there for a recall to only be told that another recall is going to be coming out in the near future so just to come back at a later time. It would have been nice for them to tell me that information when I made the appointment, rather than waisting my time. Very disappointed, I'll take my business else where.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS 100% HORRIBLE! What has happened? All the veteran staff is gone, it's run by snooty "children" who spend more time on there cell phone texting than they do helping customers. I said I could drop my car off between 10:30-11:00. I get to the service department at 10:35. I'm told to go wait inside because I'm 30 minutes early. at 10 min after 11:00 still no one has called for me.
