I loved Rhonda... I bought a used Honda.... I'm guessing a Honda on the lot was no big deal, but it was to my son... no credit at all... But by the skin of my son's teeth and a lot if hard work they pulled it off...my son hasn't stopped smiling...forever greatful to all �
Went in for a tire rotation and to have work done to take care of an SRS warning light. Four hours later I had 3 tires balanced and none rotated, a faulty diagnosis of the tire issues, two missing lug nut covers and two scratched aluminum wheels. Also a bill for $ 195 or over $ 68 each to balance the tires. I notified the Service adviser with phone calls and emails, including photos. He doesn't reply to my emails of voice mails.
Excellent service team. Always professional and smooth. Better than any other company I have worked with. My only criticism is when snow birds are in town they seem to get all of the courtesy cars. I am a full time resident and loyal customer, however, when I was in recently they said they had no courtesy cars available but there were 6 in the parking lot.
